The Newcon Plate is a 3/8″ steel plate used to cover the manhole structure temporarily while road construction is in process. It has a key shaped hole that acts as a centering point for the Mr. Manhole Cutter. After cutting, the plate and all the material above the plate can be lifted by the cutter. The Plate works well with the T-Stop (bolted) and the Pipe Guide which is twist locked onto the plate.
