Newcon Plate w/Ring & T-Stops

The Newcon plate is used to cover the manhole structure after removing the manhole frame. The manhole and the plate are covered with asphalt while milling and paving operations proceed. The plate can be easily removed after paving to rebuild the manhole chimney. The Plate works well with the T-Stop (bolted) and the Pipe Guide which is twist locked onto the plate.
