In some circumstances, the Guide Shaft for the cutter is impractical to use. The Centering Device can be installed and allows the cutter to operate even on a street or slab where no manhole exists. By drilling a 1-1/4″ hole in the pavement and inserting the pin on the Centering Device, the cutter is centered for cutting. The Centering Device is only compatible with the Platinum Series Six Shooter.
