Centering System

In some circumstances, the Guide Shaft for the cutter is impractical to use. The Centering Device can be installed and allows the cutter to operate even on a street or slab where no manhole exists. By drilling a 1-1/4″ hole in the pavement and inserting the pin on the Centering Device, the cutter is centered for cutting. The Centering System is compatible with Gold, Gold SD, and Platinum units. When used with Gold and Gold SD models, cutting depth is reduced by approximately 5 inches.
