Mr. Valve Centering Cone & Reducer Ring

This cone is constructed of metal and is heavy enough to act as a centering point for the Mr. Manhole cutter, by being inserted into the Water Valve Box. The included reducer ring is for valve boxes with a ten inch diameter lid.
